STORE MANAGER - Country Antrim - Excellent Remuneration + Performance Bonus + Group Discounts + Pension Starting salary circa 35,000pa.

You'll achieve this through a combination of people and Business acumen: you will manage your team, training them & enabling their personal development, you'll seek every opportunity to improve the performance of your store working at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Store Manager, the choice between success and failure is yours alone. You will have full responsibility for all operational aspects of the Store, and for the successful delivery of my Clients proposition. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced manager to lead a new team to deliver their targets and become a part of the continuing success of the business.

The successful applicant will need experience of running a retail business within a Fast Paced, High Turnover environment, plus excellent stock management skills gained within a high volume business. Proven success in controlling P&L and managing a team of at least 40 staff is a pre-requisite to this role. BUT the key element my Client is looking for is PASSION.
