The Role:
You will be selling a complete portfolio of soft Facilities Management solutions to a multitude of industry sectors with particular emphasis on Finance, Banking, Legal and Professional Services organisations - essentially the "Square Mile". Typically you will be dealing with Facilities Managers so previous experience and contacts would be expected and you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from cold-call through to close and will work towards ambitious and achievable annual revenue targets. This role will be predominantly new business focused, but will involve an element of account management/ project management as annual contracts are typically 1m - 4m.

The Company:
My client has annual turnover around 150m and is a specialist in Full Managed or Manned Guarding Security solutions combined with a full and complimentary portfolio of Electronic Security products. They have had award-winning success in all sectors including Finance, Retail, Manufacturing and Public Sector. Due to unprecedented growth and expansion they now seek a heavy-hitting Business Development Manager to help them expand their presence in the City of London.

The candidate:
To be a successful applicant in this position it is imperative that you have substantial sales experience in selling large value solutions around security or facilities management into the UK corporate market place.... ideally the Finance sector. You have have a demonstrable track record of achievement in a similar client facing sales role and ideally have contacts that you can bring to the table.

The Package:
If you tick all the boxes and think this could be a good match for your background then you will be eligible for a competitive basic salary in the region of 60,000 - 65,000 per annum, you will receive an uncapped commission structure allowing you to make circa 120,000 per annum OTE.
