We deliver this amazing array of services through our virtual Concierge service team, who deliver on requests from the “everyday” to the “impossible”. We accomplish this through our vast network of connections and world-class technology in our call centres.
Circles is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sodexo, with an office location in central London. Sodexo is one of the world’s largest integrated facilities management companies, with 350,000 employees globally.
We are currently seeking a Head of Sales for our new UK business. This individual will be responsible for selling a complex new product to senior company executives, initially focusing on the London markets. You will work closely with the UK Managing Director to set the UK sales strategy and with time will build a team of sales professionals.
You will be responsible for developing a long term sales pipeline as well as achieving more regular sales targets.
Specific accountabilities will include:
• Securing new customer and employee loyalty clients through; lead generation, active prospecting, qualification, negotiation and deal completion.
• Building and maintaining relationships within a complex client structure across numerous accounts.
• Amending strategy to reflect market specific trends, goals and challenges.
We are looking for an exceptional salesperson with experience of selling into large organisations at a senior level, particularly to the HR and / or marketing communities. You must be a strategic thinker and comfortable in selling a concept that is relatively new to the UK. You will demonstrate excellent organisational and negotiation skills and be able to respond to clients changing needs quickly and efficiently. You must be of graduate calibre and previous experience within a search or consultancy role would be useful. Fluency in French would be welcomed.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate extensive experience in a senior sales position where you have developed a complex sales strategy. We are looking for applicants who have previous experience in the London markets and with this have developed an extensive network of contacts.
